By accessing or using IG4R ("the Service"), operated by Coffeen Group AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IG4R is an AI-powered Instagram growth coaching platform. The Service provides personalized content strategy advice, reel breakdowns, trend analysis, and growth recommendations through an AI chat interface. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using IG4R, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
IG4R offers a free tier (limited to 5 messages per day) and a Pro subscription (unlimited messages). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner, Whop. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates Instagram's terms of service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (e) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written consent.
All coaching advice, strategy recommendations, and content suggestions provided by IG4R are generated by artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee any specific results, follower growth, engagement rates, or revenue outcomes. AI-generated advice should be used at your own discretion and does not constitute professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Coffeen Group AI. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coffeen Group AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
