Coffeen Group AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates IG4R. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Authentication). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Profile Information: During onboarding, we collect your Instagram handle, content niche, growth goals, follower count, and posting frequency. This is used to personalize your coaching experience.
Chat Data: We store your conversations with the AI coach to maintain your conversation history and improve the quality of advice. Chat messages are stored in our Supabase database.
Uploaded Content: If you upload images or share reel URLs for analysis, we process that content to provide breakdowns and recommendations. Uploaded images are sent to our AI provider for analysis and are not permanently stored.
Usage Data: We track your daily message count to enforce free tier limits. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, feature usage) to improve the Service.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by Whop. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We receive confirmation of your subscription status from Whop via webhooks.
We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the AI coaching service; (b) maintain your conversation history; (c) process payments and manage your subscription; (d) enforce usage limits; (e) improve the Service; (f) communicate with you about your account or the Service.
Anthropic: Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate coaching responses. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use API inputs to train their models.
Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure.
Whop: Payment processing is handled by Whop. When you subscribe to Pro, your payment information is collected and processed by Whop according to their privacy policy.
Vercel: The Service is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect basic analytics and performance data.
We retain your account and chat data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth with bcrypt-hashed passwords), and row-level security policies on our database. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) withdraw consent for data processing.
